I'm Sam - A Senior Game & Software Developer, living in Norway.

People hire me as a senior game/software designer and developer with 15 years of experience making web games and interactive content.

I ran my own digital agency for 10 years and understand end-to-end process of designing and developing successful games and digital content from scratch, and bridging the gap between design and development teams.

I've won awards from the likes of Awwwards and eConsultancy, and have been fortunate enough to deliver national campaign level projects for some of the biggest names in the UK.

I'm currently working as a senior developer at DragonBox, a Kahoot! company, making awesome learning experiences and games for children at school and at home.

Indie Game Developer

Red Alder Island is a game I'm developing solo, and is currently in the early concept and prototyping stage.

Red Alder Island is an emotional exploration puzzle thriller. Set on a small abandoned island, you have to piece together clues to understand where each person in its community disappeared to.

Made with Unity

Red Alder Island by Sam Vestby-Clarke.

From London to Norway.

In 2011 I founded the agency Toasted Digital in London, producing digital content and games for people in education and charity.

I now live in Norway working as a full time senior game/software developer.
